I'm building a prototype out of MDF because American Cherry is expensive.
I've made the bottom-most shelf 8" deep,
it should hold the power supply and allow the battery to fit behind it.
The other shelves are going to be 12" deep to allow lots
of room behind for wires and whatnot.
Emphasis on the whatnot.
You can see the bulges from the screws holding the structural shelves
I'll have to do something about that ...
With the back on you can see where the battery goes
